Saint Nicholas, also called Nikolaos of Myra, was a historic 4th-century saint and Greek Bishop of Myra (Demre, part of modern-day Turkey) in Lycia.

St. Nick was born to a wealthy and religious family in Patara, where he spent most of his childhood studying the Sacred Script in Church.
